First and foremost, let's go over the structure of our mentorship. We break it down into four main topics: service, systems, strategy, and scaling.

Start in Signature Service

No matter where you are in your business journey, 2 days, 8 months, or 5 years, we recommend going through each of these sections, but start with signature service! This structure can help you audit your social media business or build it from the ground up from finding your brand voice, to crafting your brand guidelines, to choosing the actual services you are going to offer in your business.

Start with the first four resources under this section to ensure your brand as a social media manager has branding guidelines and a brand voice, then move down to the next two to start crafting your services. As you move through this section, you'll find a variety of resources to craft packages, set your rate, build a portfolio, send a proposal, and more!

Shift to Systems

A little secret for you...this is my personal favorite section. We LIVE in here because your systems keep your business sustainable and you sane. Let me say that again....your systems keep your business sustainable and you sane. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and overworked — your systems are the problem. Tools and systems should be your mini assistants, aiding you through each piece of your business so you aren't spread thin. GO BACK to this section and audit your systems every 6 months to a year.

Scan Through Scaling

This is the hub for anyone who has all the systems, services, and strategies in place, but you want to expand your business beyond! That could mean, adding more clients, adding on a team, or even raising your prices. Check this section out when you are ready to level up your business!

Use all the Templates

Download every single one of our templates and turn them into your branding. With all templates, you'll likely want to put your own spin on them so take the time to do that right from the start. The worst is being unprepared when a client asks for something, so take them all even if you don't know how you're going to utilize it yet.

Join The Slack Channel

Take it from Maddie and Jess, they met by networking and sharing their journey together and now they are online best friends, co-workers, and co-podcast hosts. There is amazing things that can come from networking. Join the Slack group and make some new friends with other SMMs! Those relationships are invaluable in this industry! Not just referral partners, but a shoulder to cry on (literally there are hard days with clients sometimes), a place to see advice and even chat about all the social media changes and trends.

Refer Back to the Portal Frequently

We throw all the resources we can in there. Don't be overwhelmed by the amount! When you are stuck, refer back to the portal because we might have just the resources you need to solve your situation. Plus, there are always new and fun resources that you'll want to check out!
